Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• We accept returns only for unopened supplements.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at shannon@littlesisterusa.com  to receive return instructions.

• Ensure the supplement is unopened and in its original packaging.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes:

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

• We cannot process returns for opened or used supplements.
